Katharina Koopmann

Katharina Gerhardy is an experienced professional in the food processing industry, currently serving as Platform Strategy Development Manager and Head of Food Application Development at Ohly since July 2018. Prior to this, Katharina held various roles at DöhlerGroup from June 2011 to June 2018, including Team Leader for R&I Dry Ingredients, Technical Project Manager Global, and Product Developer for R&D/Application Beverage. Katharina Gerhardy holds a Master of Science in Food Processing from Fachhochschule Fulda, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Oecotrophologie from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, earned from 2005 to 2009.
