Rebecca Dr.-Ing. Faschian is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and fermentation fields, currently serving as a member of the local leadership team and production manager for fermentation at Ohly since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as head of laboratory and quality management, and deputy technical plant manager at Lesaffre from February 2017 to August 2019. Educationally, Rebecca holds a Doktor-Ingenieur degree from Hamburg University of Technology, along with a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.-Ing.) in Biotechnology Process Engineering. Throughout a robust career, Rebecca has also contributed to human stem cell research at Evotec and engaged in academic research at Technische Universität Hamburg, alongside various internships in patent law and adhesive technology.
