Charles Rolfe

Charles Rolfe is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at OHM Advisors since June 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Principal and Municipal Department Head at DBS & Associates from August 2012 to June 2013, and as Senior Vice President and Construction Group Manager at Wade Trim from August 2003 to July 2012. Earlier in their career, Charles worked as a Staff Engineer and Project Engineer for the City of Ann Arbor at CDM Smith from May 1999 to July 2003. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Option and an Associate's degree in Agricultural Business and Management, both from Michigan State University.
