Pallavi Pandey

Pallavi Pandey currently serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for India, Europe, and the Middle East at Ohmium, starting in December 2023. Before this role, Pallavi held various positions at Schneider Electric, including General Manager for Talent Acquisition & Mobility and Associate General Manager for Talent Acquisition, from July 2017 to January 2024. Previous experience includes managerial roles at AT&T, encompassing Manager of Staffing, HR Specialist/HR Business Partner, Assistant Manager-HR, Training Lead, and Recruitment Lead from June 2006 to June 2017. Pallavi began a career in recruitment and operations with roles at Siemens Shared Services, TESCO, and earlier positions as a Call Centre Trainer and Recruitment Executive. Pallavi earned an MBA in Management from LBSIMDS and completed early education at City Montessori School and St. Patrick's Juniors College.
