Andrea Hernandez Aguilar has diverse work experience in various roles. Andrea is currently working as a Facility & Office Manager at Ohpen since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Xotels - Hotel Management Company as an Office Manager & Administrative Assistant from December 2018 to October 2021 and as an Operations Trainee from September 2018 to December 2018. Before joining Xotels, they were employed at Grupo Duet as a Recepción y Atención al Cliente from March 2016 to December 2018.

Andrea Hernandez Aguilar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from EUROAULA Escuela Universitaria between 2014 and 2019. Following that, they enrolled at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, where they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Direction between 2019 and 2021.
