Claire de Rouville has extensive work experience in facilities management and event coordination. Claire worked at Ohpen from 2015 to the present, first as a Facility & Office Manager and then as the Head of Facilities. In these roles, Claire was responsible for ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee/visitor experience across multiple offices in Europe. Claire also managed vendor relationships and facilitated the opening of new offices.

Prior to their time at Ohpen, Claire worked at WEKA Business Media b.v. from 2013 to 2015. Here, they served as a Congress Coordinator, developing and coordinating educational programs and events for facility and HR professionals. Claire also conducted research and organized the FMM Innovatie Event in 2013.

Before that, Claire worked as a Facilitaire medewerker at 's Heeren Loo from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating various services, such as catering, technical work, and cleaning, to ensure smooth processes in the organization's headquarters. Claire also occasionally performed reception duties.

Claire de Rouville began their education in 2002 at Havo, where they completed their secondary education. From 2009 to 2013, they studied Facility Management at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht). During this time, they pursued a minor in HRM for beginner managers from 2012 to 2013 at the same institution. Throughout these educational experiences, they did not obtain any specific degree.
