Marc de Vries

Marc de Vries has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Marc started their career as the Head of Training and Implementation at PTM International B.V., where they led a team and oversaw the development of a new software package for the furniture retail industry. Marc also worked as an Implementation Manager, guiding furniture companies in implementing the software and providing training.

After that, Marc joined Infra Design as a Project Manager and Application Consultant. Marc managed various projects, including the development of a Management Information System for mortgages and the implementation of a component-based development project for the ING Bank. Marc also worked on the development of the mid-office application within the AKV project at WestlandUtrecht.

Marc de Vries completed their VWO diploma at Pieter Nieuwland College from 1978 to 1984. Following that, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1984 to 1990, earning a Drs. degree in Bedrijfseconomie. Additionally, Marc obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in February 2015 and the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification in June 2020, demonstrating their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
