Ronald Mul

Ronald Mul has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Ronald started their career as a Dishwashing Department Manager at Restaurant "De Voetangel" from August 2006 to January 2010. Ronald then worked as a Financial Employee at DBC Nederland BV from December 2008 to January 2010.

Ronald then transitioned to the field of accounting, working as a Junior Accountant at BronMazars from February 2010 to June 2018. During this time, they gained experience in financial analysis and reporting.

In February 2010, Ronald also joined Kop of Munt, a financial service provider for the creative sector, where they worked as a Junior Accountant/Relatiebeheerder until June 2018.

In September 2015, Ronald took on the role of Product Specialist at Rodeo - Tame your projects, a company developing a project management tool for the creative market. Ronald'sresponsibilities included creating online project administration tools for small creative companies. Ronald worked in this position until May 2018.

Ronald joined Ohpen, a banking technology company, in July 2018 as a Financial Controller. Ronald was responsible for the financial operations of multiple Dutch, UK, and Spanish entities. Ronald'stasks included monthly closing and management reporting, annual report and audit preparation, process and reporting improvements, automated reporting, assisting with the annual budget process, and reviewing salary administration.

In September 2020, Ohpen merged with DaVinci, and Ronald became a Member of the Ohpen-DaVinci Integration Team. As part of this team, their responsibilities included acting as a link between integration workstreams, assisting with executive team decisions, informing the executive team and RvC about the integration progress and risks, communicating integration processes to employees, and fostering a sense of belonging and interaction among employees.

In October 2021, Ronald transitioned to the role of Senior Controller at Ohpen, where they continue to oversee the financial operations of multiple entities across various countries and implement process and reporting improvements to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.

Ronald Mul's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2019, Ronald Mul attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Management.

Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics.

Ronald'ssecondary education took place from 2003 to 2007 at Veenlanden College in Mijdrecht, where they completed HAVO (Higher General Secondary Education) specializing in Economie & Maatschappij. In addition, they also studied Management & Organization, French 1, and German 1 as extra subjects.

In terms of additional certifications, Ronald Mul obtained the "AFAS: Rapporteren & Analyses HRM/Payroll" certification from AFAS Software in September 2021. In June 2019, they received the certification titled "Excel for Financials" from Staan Academy.
