Traci Hanlon MN, RN, currently serves as the RN Quality Manager at ZoomCare since December 2021, and has an extensive background in nursing and healthcare consulting. Traci has dedicated over two decades to OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center as a Surgical Services RN since April 2001. Previous experience includes roles such as Healthcare Consultant at Creative Health Care Management, Inc., where Traci focused on improving patient care delivery systems, and as Committee Chair and Conference Facilitator for the City Wide Advanced Preceptor Conference. Traci is also the Founder and Director of Jen Concepts Consulting, emphasizing leadership and personal growth in healthcare. Additional roles include Nurse Manager at Kaiser Permanente and Medical Surgical Clinical Nurse Educator at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Traci holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield School of Nursing.

Hillsboro Medical Center, an OHSU partner, has always been committed to our community. It's a part of how we care for each other, and part of what makes this place different. We had a humble start in 1918 when an enterprising woman named Minnie Jones Coy started a small six-bed hospital in her Hillsboro home. She brought together independent physicians under one roof to treat the sick and provide a safe place for mothers to give birth. A century after Minnie made her commitment to the people of Hillsboro, her vision continues as we provide world-class health care to patients. We've changed our name to OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center to reflect our growth in speciality care, medical education and research.
