Hilda Green

Hilda Green has extensive work experience in human resources and payroll management. Hilda is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at OHT Partners, LLC, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at GVA Property Management from July 2022 to May 2023, and as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from November 2019 to July 2022. Before GVA Property Management, Hilda served as the Director of Human Resources at Campus Advantage from November 2017 to November 2019, and as the Payroll Operations Manager from August 2016 to November 2017. Hilda also worked at Sonic Healthcare as a Senior HR/Payroll Specialist from February 2012 to July 2016, where they were responsible for HRIS implementation and employee relations for 9 companies with over 6,000 employees. Hilda's early career includes a role as an HR Generalist at Community Health Systems from November 2004 to January 2012, where they focused on employee relations, recruiting, and benefit administration.

Hilda Green began their education in 1996 and completed it in 2001. From 1996 to 1998, they attended Victoria College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Austin Business College to study Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Hilda later obtained the Stepping Stones Enhanced Leadership Certification from the Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA) in December 2019.
