Howell Beaver

Howell Beaver has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Howell began their career as an Associate Appraiser at McColgan & Company from January 2007 to May 2008. Howell then joined Urban American Management, LLC as a Leasing Manager from March 2009 to July 2011. Beaver continued their career at Wood Partners as a Development Associate - Summer Intern from June 2012 to August 2012. Howell later joined OHT Partners, LLC, where they held various roles such as Development Associate from July 2013 to January 2015, Vice President of Development from January 2015 to June 2018, and Managing Director of Development from June 2018 until the present.

Howell Beaver completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2002 to 2006, although no degree or field of study was specified for this period.
