James Norwine

James Norwine serves as both CEO and Managing Partner at ExecuGroup, Inc., a firm specializing in Career Management, Career Transition, and Recruiting, with locations in Allentown, PA and Wilmington, DE. Since 1997, James has also held the position of Managing Partner at OI Partners, Inc. Prior to this, James was the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Chrysler Financial from 1985 to 1996, during which the company transitioned following its separation from Chrysler Corporation. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and has completed graduate courses in Business Administration at UCLA.
