Prior to their current roles, Gustavo worked as the Infrastructure Director at V.tal, managing telecom operations, IT operations, and security operations. Before that, they held various leadership roles at Oi S.A, including Infrastructure Director, B2B Operations Director, and Service Operations Center Senior Manager. Gustavo'searlier experience includes working as an IT Operation Manager at Brasil Telecom and a Telecom Consultant at Digitel S/A. Gustavo Brambila's work experience spans over two decades and encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and expertise in the telecommunications field.

Gustavo Brambila has a Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999. Gustavo then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications at the Universidade de Brasília from 2006 to 2008. In 2022, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a program focused on Digital Transformation in the fields of IoT, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity. Gustavo also completed a program at the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School, specializing in Digital Disruption and Digital Transformation Strategies in the same year.
