Helmer Keppke

Helmer Keppke brings extensive experience in procurement and logistics, currently serving as Telecom Services and Infrastructure Procurement and Post-M&A Advisor at Oi since July 2004, where responsibilities include managing commercial procurement negotiations for telecom services and infrastructure. Prior roles include Facilities Procurement Specialist at Oi from January 2003 to June 2004, and Director of Logistics at Taho, overseeing procurement, logistics, and importation activities in a broadband Wi-Fi start-up from August 2001 to September 2002. Helmer also held logistics director positions at Comsat do Brasil Ltda., Comsat International, and Comsat from 1998 to 2001. Earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Specialist at IBM from 1994 to 1996. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
