Todd Earls has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Todd started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles as an IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, and Systems Manager. At Procter & Gamble, they managed projects that resulted in cost savings and improved inventory systems.
Following their time at Procter & Gamble, Earls worked at A. M. Todd, where they demonstrated strong leadership as the Applications Manager, IT Director, and Customer Service Director. Todd successfully led ERP system implementation projects, improved customer service, and implemented cost-saving measures.
Earls then joined Eaton Corporation, where they held several IT management positions. As the IT Manager, Senior Manager, and Vice President, they developed IT strategies, managed global projects, and ensured alignment with business initiatives.
Most recently, Earls served as the Global IS Lead and Senior Director at Stryker, where they led the deployment of a Product Lifecycle Management solution and served as the Information Services Business Partner for the Medical division.
Currently, Earls holds the position of Chief Information Officer at OIA GLOBAL, where they oversee the company's information technology operations.
Todd Earls completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Michigan from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Integrative Management at the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2003 to 2004.
