Jussi Kivinen

Jussi Kivinen serves as the Director General at Oikeusrekisterikeskus - Rättsregistercentralen - Legal Register Centre since August 2020 and has been involved with the Government ICT Centre Valtori as both the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the customer advisory board since January 2021. Previously, Jussi held multiple leadership roles including President of FUCIO, CIO at Tampere University, and Program Director for the Tampere3 merger process. With extensive experience in ICT management across various educational institutions, Jussi has overseen teams and digital services for significant academic communities. Jussi's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Science with a focus on IT Governance, an Executive MBA, and multiple degrees in business administration and management information systems.
