Carolyn Seeger

Carolyn Seeger has extensive work experience in various legal and company secretary roles. Carolyn is currently working as a Legal Counsel at Oikocredit since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Company Secretary a.i. at Oikocredit from March 2022 to July 2022. From March 2020 to November 2021, Carolyn worked as the Company Secretary at Oikocredit. Before joining Oikocredit, they worked at Rainforest Alliance as a Legal Counsel from May 2018 to October 2019 and as the Company Secretary a.i. from October 2017 to May 2018. Carolyn Seeger began their education at Woehlerschule in Frankfurt/Main (Gymnasium) from 1990 to 1998. Carolyn then attended Goethe University Frankfurt from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained their First Legal State Exam (Estes Juristisches Staatsexamen) in Legal Studies (Rechtswissenschaften). In 2006, Carolyn pursued further education and received their Master of Law (LLM) in European and International Private Law from the University of Amsterdam. During the same year, they also registered at the German Bar Association as a German Lawyer (Zulassung als Rechtsanwaeltin). Additionally, Carolyn completed their Second Legal State Exam (Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen) in Hessen, Germany, without specifying the end year.
