Serah Njuguna has work experience in the financial sector, specifically in roles related to operations and administration. Serah started working at Sidian Bank in 2015, initially as a Call Center Agent. Serah then progressed to become a Contact center team leader and eventually a Credit Administration Officer. In these roles, they gained experience in customer service, team leadership, and credit administration. In 2020, they joined Oikocredit as a Regional Operations Officer for Africa, where they currently work.
Serah Njuguna attended Moi University from 2016 to 2017 and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on banking and finance.
