Wilma Straatman has a diverse education history. Wilma attended Thorbecke in Arnhem from 1977 to 1984, where they completed their VWO studies. Wilma then went on to the University of Groningen from 1984 to 1990, where they earned their MScBA/drs degree in Bedrijfskunde.
In recent years, Wilma has continued their education by completing various professional development courses. In 2018, they attended the MMS Worldwide Institute for executive coaching. Later that year, they enrolled in ScaleUpNation for business coaching and board membership.
In 2019, Wilma attended several courses and programs to further enhance their leadership skills. Wilma completed the Lotus Leadership Transformation program at Aberkyn Academy and became a CTT practitioner through the Barrett Values Centre. Additionally, they became a certified DiSC trainer through EDN Solutions.
Most recently, Wilma pursued courses in the field of neuroscience and change. Wilma attended Coaches Rising up until 2020, where they focused on the neuroscience of change. Wilma also completed the Leading the Emerging Future course from MITx in the same year.
