Michael Winter

Michael Winter currently serves as Co-President of oikos International, overseeing a community focused on conscious leadership and sustainability within economics and management. With experience in project management for leadership programs and communication strategies aimed at academic transformation, Michael has contributed to initiatives like oikos Academy and creative storytelling projects. Additionally, Michael holds positions as a Scientific Staff Member at Universität Graz, Consultant at The Tomorrow Tribe, Board Member at the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative, and Advisory Board Member at the COPERNICUS Alliance. Recent roles also include Visionary at Young Persons' Guide to the Future and Vice President of oikos Graz, following a background in sales and bartending. Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Global Studies from the University of Graz, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
