Dr. Dulal Halder

Dr. Dulal Halder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Chief General Manager of New Projects at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd since December 2022. Previous roles include Executive Officer to the Managing Director and CEO at ONGC Videsh Ltd, along with various senior leadership positions in corporate planning, strategy, and international acquisitions. Dr. Halder's career began as a Process Engineer at ONGC and spans over two decades across multiple prestigious organizations. Educational qualifications include a PhD in International Business and Energy Management from UPES, an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
