Rajeev Sharma

Rajeev Sharma possesses extensive experience in human resources and legal consulting within the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd since June 1983, holding various positions including General Manager HR, Executive Director, and General Manager & Head Support Services. Notable achievements include formulating corporate policies, managing personnel and industrial relations, overseeing estate and facility management, and spearheading corporate social responsibility initiatives. Rajeev has also worked internationally for three years as Head of HR for ONGC Videsh and has held a Group General Manager role in HR & Support Services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from D A V College, Dehradun.
