Francisco holds an Associate's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Modesto Junior College (2002-2005) and a high school diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Fremont High School, Sunnyvale, CA (1999-2002). Additionally, Francisco completed middle school education at Columbia Middle School, earning a diploma in Mathematics (1995-1999).
