Shubham possesses extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Superintending Engineer at Oil India Limited since March 2018, where responsibilities include the role of Installation Manager for the first Effluent Treatment Plant and overseeing production engineering. Prior to this, Shubham gained valuable experience in planning and contract management, as well as the operations of oil collecting and gas compressor stations. Previous roles include a position as a PGET at Exide Industries Limited, focusing on battery manufacturing and R&D, and an industrial trainee role at Defence Research & Development Laboratory.
