Aaron Montgomery LLM has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Aaron began their career in 2003 as a Third Officer at Anglo Eastern Ship Management, where they were responsible for safe navigation of the vessel, monitoring cargo loading and discharge, and anchoring operations. In 2007, they joined Oil Spill Response Ltd, starting as a Spill Response Specialist and eventually working their way up to roles such as Senior Africa Regional Representative, Senior Trainer, Principal Trainer, and Development and Assurance Lead. Throughout their tenure at Oil Spill Response Ltd, Aaron demonstrated a strong focus on training, project management, and business development, while also emphasizing health, safety, environment, and quality matters.

Aaron Montgomery, LLM, has a diverse education history. Aaron obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they earned a PG Dip with Merit in Maritime Law from the same institution between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they pursued a degree in HND Marine vessel operations from Warsash Maritime Academy, completing it in 2003-2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Aaron holds several certifications, including WSET - Level 2 from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust, APM PMQ - Project Manager Qualification from the Association for Project Management, WSET Level 1 in Wines from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and ICS train the trainer from ICS Canada.
