Dave Redington

Dave Redington is a seasoned professional in environmental science and engineering with extensive experience in marine and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Global Dispersant Manager at Oil Spill Response Ltd since July 2007, Redington applies engineering expertise to oil spill response strategies. Prior to this role, Redington worked as a Contaminated Land Consultant at REC, handling remediation for onshore hydrocarbon releases from September 2005 to July 2007. A former Marine Engineer in the Royal Navy from September 1986 to September 2005, Redington completed a comprehensive apprenticeship and took on leadership roles in gas turbines and refrigeration departments. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Natural Science with Chemistry and HNC in Engineering.
