Dean Wasche

Dean Wasche serves as the Global Learning and Development Manager at Oil Spill Response Ltd, overseeing the global learning function and creating effective development solutions aligned with organizational strategies. Previous experience includes roles such as Regional Learning & Development Manager for the 30 Army Education Centre Group, where Dean directed training for 11,000 soldiers, and various positions within HM Forces, including Army Officer and Graduate Leadership Instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Dean Wasche possesses a strong educational background with a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Design and Innovation and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training, alongside a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science.
