Kirsty Belsey is an experienced tax and insurance professional with a comprehensive background in corporate tax management. Currently serving as the Group Tax and Insurance Manager at Oil Spill Response Ltd since May 2019, Kirsty previously held the position of Group Tax Manager at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America from August 2014 to May 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Tax Manager at EY from July 2010 to July 2014 and as a Corporate Tax Advisor at Reeves from May 2009 to June 2010. Kirsty holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Bournemouth University, completed in 2007.

Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL) is the largest international industry-funded oil spill response cooperative which exists to respond to oil spills wherever in the world they may occur, by providing oil spill preparedness, oil spill response and subsea well intervention services. We are wholly owned by several of the most environmentally responsible oil and gas companies, and our membership represents the majority of global oil production. We currently employ 275 people across 10 locations around the world.
