Paul Foley has extensive experience in the oil spill response sector, currently serving as the Regional Response Manager for Europe and Africa at Oil Spill Response Ltd since 2003, where leadership of an international team is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Paul held several positions at ExxonMobil, including Operations Manager, Deputy Operations Manager in Singapore, and Asia Pacific Emergency Preparedness & Response Advisor from August 2011 to October 2012. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Oil and Gas from Middlesex University, an MRes in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southampton, and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth.

Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL) is the largest international industry-funded oil spill response cooperative which exists to respond to oil spills wherever in the world they may occur, by providing oil spill preparedness, oil spill response and subsea well intervention services. We are wholly owned by several of the most environmentally responsible oil and gas companies, and our membership represents the majority of global oil production. We currently employ 275 people across 10 locations around the world.
