Brian E. Taylor

Brian E. Taylor is the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Oil States International. Brian has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Oil States International, Brian was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Conns, Inc. from April 2012 to December 2014. Brian was also a Founding Member of True Blue Home, a home furnishings store in Chappell Hill, Texas that opened in late-September 2015. Brian previously worked at Smith International, Inc. from January 1999 to December 2012, where they were the Vice President and Corporate Controller. Smith was acquired by Schlumberger in August 2010 in a transaction valued at $12.6 billion.

Brian E. Taylor has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Brian is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
