Colleen Budde

Colleen Budde has extensive experience in the IT and mortgage industries, currently serving as the Manager of the IT Service Desk at Oil States International since August 2008. In this role, Colleen oversees the Service Desk Analyst Team, manages schedules, projects, and daily operations, and facilitates ticket processes using Ivanti service desk and EPM. Prior to this, Colleen worked at Alliance Capital Mortgage from April 2002 to August 2008 as a Loan Officer, Loan Processor, and in IT, where responsibilities included generating, processing, and shopping home mortgage loans and keeping the office of 15 updated on technologies and computer equipment. Colleen attended Sam Houston State University from 1983 to 1985.
