Joshua Martin

Joshua Martin is a seasoned professional in the field of auditing, currently serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at Oil States International since June 2016. In this role, Joshua maintains SOX control frameworks for both domestic and international entities, evaluates control designs, and facilitates remediation plans. Utilizing Workiva’s Wdesk audit software, Joshua tests the effectiveness of controls and communicates testing outcomes to management and external auditors. Prior experience includes positions as Audit Senior and Audit Associate at Rylander, Clay & Opitz, LLP, as well as an Accounting Intern at LGM Finance Companies. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from The University of Texas at Arlington.
