Mark Bolton

Mark Bolton is the current Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Oilex. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director - Program Director - Banking & Financial Services at Cognizant from January 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for delivering major banking programs, including a brand new all-digital challenger bank in 2021. Prior to Cognizant, Mark served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Cuemby from May 2020 to May 2021. Mark has also held the role of Director of Change Management at Transform. A World of Possibility from September 2015 to December 2020, and Director/Senior Vice President - Global Change Delivery at HSBC Banking Group from July 2010 to August 2015. Most recently, Mark served as Program Manager - Fixed Income at LCH.Clearnet from July 2009 to July 2010.
