Suma Nayak

Suma Nayak has been working in the Human Resources field since 2005. Suma began their career at Infosys BPO Ltd as a Team Leader with key responsibilities such as leading a team of 21 advisors in a data process and recruiting advisors for their process. Suma also successfully handled Business replication in Bangalore under (BCP) Business continuity plan for one of the Largest Telecom Company in UK. In 2010, they moved to Beyond Squarefeet™ Advisory Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager. In 2015, they joined Oilmax Energy Pvt Ltd as Manager - Human Resource and later as Assistant Manager - HR.

Suma Nayak completed their SSLC from V.K.R. Acharya Memorial School in 1999 and SSLC Karnataka in the same year. Suma then pursued their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from SDM INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (SDMIT), UJIRE. Subsequently, they obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance from Allahabad Agricultural Institute.
