The Project Management Team at Oilserv Limited is responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s diverse and complex EPCIC projects. They ensure that all phases of a project, from initial planning and procurement to construction, installation, and commissioning, are completed efficiently and on schedule. By coordinating between various departments such as engineering, logistics, and operations, the team ensures seamless integration and timely delivery of Oil & Gas infrastructure projects across land, swamp, and offshore terrains in Nigeria and Africa.
