Joel Flanigan

Joel Flanigan is a seasoned professional with experience in the electrical and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager at SERCLEAN since February 2023, Joel specializes in water mitigation. In addition, Joel has been a Lead Electrician at Offshore Inland Marine & Oilfield Services, Inc. since January 2019, and previously worked as a Field Service Technician at One Hour Heating & Air from July 2018 to January 2019. Joel's career began in the US Navy, where Joel served as a Fire Controlman from July 2012 to July 2018. Joel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of West Florida, earned between 2018 and 2020, and attended Pensacola State College from 2007 to 2008.
