Nick Habes

Nick Habes has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nick is currently working as a Human Resources Director at John R. Oishei Children's Hospital since January 2023. Previously, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at the same hospital from September 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they were a Senior Human Resources Generalist from July 2016 to September 2020.

Prior to their current role, Nick worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as an HR Coordinator for the HR Business Consulting and Employee Relations Team from August 2014 to July 2016. Nick also worked as an HR Coordinator for the Scientist Recruitment Team from 2011 to 2014 and as an HR Coordinator for the Employment Team from 2010 to 2011.

Before joining Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Nick worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Kaleida Health in 2009. Nick also worked as a Recruiter for Commercial Staffing at Aerotek from 2008 to 2009. Their early career started as a National Sales Representative for Major Market Services at Paychex from 2007 to 2008.

Nick Habes, MS HRD earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Xavier University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications at SUNY Brockport from 2003 to 2007.
