John R. Oishei Children's Hospital
Robert Langdon is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at John R. Oishei Children's Hospital since September 2016, Robert provides support across various service lines. Prior to this role, Robert held senior HR positions at Kaleida Health, focusing on recruitment and employee investigations, and served as Director of Employee Relations and HR Operations Director at Baker Victory Services, where responsibilities included development of agency values and oversight of recruitment for a large staff. Additionally, Robert has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at D'Youville College and Hilbert College, teaching courses in Human Resource Management and Organization Development. Robert earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York Cortland.

John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital is the regional center for comprehensive and state-of-the-art pediatric trauma, surgical and medical care, including neonatal, perinatal and obstetric services. Oishei Children’s Hospital is the only access point for pediatric critical care as the region’s only Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. It also serves as the only Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Western New York. The hospital enjoys a worldwide reputation for innovation and research while providing highly specialized care and treatment through a broad array of co-located outpatient services.
