The Company operates in food segment, which includes Japanese restaurants business, ramen and bakery, and beverage segment, which include production and distribution of green tea and fruit juice flavor drinks. Its brands of restaurants include Oishi Buffet, Shabushi, Oishi Grand, Oishi Ramen, Kazokutei, Nikuya, Kakashi, and among others. The Company has subsidiaries, including Oishi Trading Company Limited, which is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of food and beverage and Oishi Ramen Company Limited, which is engaged in the operation of Japanese ramen restaurants. On April 28, 2014, it established a new subsidiary, namely Oishi Snack Company Limited.
