Hitoshi Kawashima

Hitoshi Kawashima has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hitoshi started their career as a Business Analytics Associate Intern at ZS in 2014. Hitoshi then moved on to the Yale School of Engineering and Applied Science, where they worked as a Research Assistant from 2014 to 2015. Kawashima returned to ZS in 2015 and held multiple positions, including Business Analyst, Associate Consultant, and Consultant until 2019.

In 2019, Kawashima joined Oishii as Manager of Strategy & Analytics. Hitoshi quickly progressed within the company, assuming the role of VP of Strategy & Analytics in 2020. In 2021, they became the VP of R&D and later transitioned to SVP of Product in January 2023.
