Luke Schaper

Luke Schaper has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Luke started as an intern at the New Jersey Department of Transportation in 2017 and gained practical knowledge in the field. In 2018, Luke interned at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where they further developed their skills in the industry. Luke then transitioned into a Project Engineer role at the same company in 2019, where they acquired experience in managing and coordinating projects. In 2021, Luke joined Redi-farms as a System Engineer, where they were responsible for engineering and maintenance of systems. Currently, they hold the position of Construction Manager at Oishii, starting in 2022.

Luke Schaper attended The College of New Jersey from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering.
