Nolan Quon

Nolan Quon is a skilled engineering professional with a background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Commissioning Engineer at Oishii since September 2023, Nolan previously founded and operated PANCO, where the development of an automated robotic cooking machine was undertaken to meet industry demands for automation. As a Research Lead at Hofstra University in early 2023, Nolan advanced research on induction coil geometry in collaboration with faculty members. Additionally, as Vice President of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers from September 2022 to May 2023, Nolan successfully reestablished the organization at Hofstra University and conducted analyses on boat buoyancy and design. Nolan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Hofstra University.
