Isabella Freitas has a diverse work experience. Most recently, they worked as a Customer Success Jr at Oitchau - Controle de Ponto e Timesheets from July 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were an Analyst of Customer Experience at Bom Pra Crédito. Isabella held the role of Analyst of Customer Experience Pleno from March 2022 to July 2022 and Analyst of Customer Experience Jr. from August 2020 to July 2022. In these roles, Isabella was responsible for credit analysis, documentation related to personal credit operations, and ensuring the best customer experience.
