OJ Insulation
Eric Romero has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1992, they worked as an intern for Hilti Latin America for four summers, gaining experience in various departments such as marketing, accounting, and sales. Eric later held roles in customer service at Hilti, eventually becoming a Senior Team Leader managing inbound and outbound customer service reps in Florida and Puerto Rico.
In 2003, Eric transitioned to a role as a Steel & Metal/Civil Account Manager at Hilti, where they covered the Los Angeles and Orange County areas, calling on customers in the steel and metal industries as well as the civil market. Eric then took on the position of Field Trainer before becoming a Regional Manager, overseeing sales in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire and managing a team of 10 people.
In 2011, Eric joined ValleyCrest Companies as a Regional/National Sales Leader, where they were tasked with rebuilding the team and implementing strategic plans to improve profitability. In 2013, they moved to Athens Services as the Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for setting sales goals and determining effective selling methods.
Most recently, in 2019, Eric joined OJ Insulation as the Director of Sales, leading the sales team and driving sustainable profitable growth.
Eric Romero earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Southern California from 1992 to 1995. Eric then attended Boston University from 1995 to 1996 and studied Spanish. Following that, they pursued their MBA in International Business and Ecom from The University of Tulsa from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Eric Romero attended Memorial from 1988 to 1991, but the degree and field of study are unknown.

Our insulation company specializes in commercial and home insulation in Southern California, but over the years we have added to our product offering fireplaces, fireplace mantels, foil insulation, rain gutters and most recently acoustical ceilings. In 2006 OJ Insulation joined the Installed Building Products (IBP) team. As a national player, IBP has given our insulation company the ability to service our customers' projects as far away as Las Vegas, Seattle, Phoenix and Northern California.
