Andrew's expertise includes overseeing daily operations, menu development, budgeting, and staff management for the resort's high-end dining establishments. Previously, Andrew held roles such as Executive Sous Chef at Carmel Country Club Inc., and Sous Chef positions at Best Impressions Caterers and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, contributing to high revenue-generating food and beverage operations. Andrew earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University from 2008 to 2011.
