Ben Kephart

Ben Kephart has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Ojai Valley Inn since July 2014, with prior roles as Director of Operations and Director of Food & Beverage. Before joining Ojai Valley Inn, Ben held the position of Director of 1500 OCEAN, ENO & Member's Lounge at Hotel del Coronado from January 2012 to July 2014, and also worked as Restaurant Manager at the same hotel earlier in 2005. Ben's background includes a tenure as General Manager and Wine Director at Urban Kitchen Group and as Food and Beverage Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Ben started in the hospitality field as Assistant Banquet Manager at Penn State University from 1997 to 2002. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Penn State University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
