Erin Blazek

Erin Blazek currently serves as the Director of Purchasing at Ojai Valley Inn since May 2023. Prior experience includes key roles at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, encompassing Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Operations, Director of Procurement & Loss Prevention, and Director of Purchasing from April 2022 to January 2023 and July 2017 to May 2021. Erin also held the Director of Purchasing position at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club from May 2021 to April 2022 and was Purchasing Director at Primus Cable from February 2014 to July 2017. Earlier roles include Food & Beverage Director at Bristol Hotel and Director of Catering & Convention Services at Crown Plaza San Diego, with progressive experience from the DoubleTree by Hilton and THE US GRANT. Erin holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Literature from National University.
