Olivia Beckman is an experienced pastry chef with a diverse background in various culinary roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Pastry Chef at Ojai Valley Inn since September 2022, Olivia has previously held positions including Edible Confection Chef and Production Manager at Left Coast Brands, Executive Pastry Chef at Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club, and Pastry Chef at The Food Liaison.
