Nicola Washbourn

Nicola Washbourn has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management and advisory roles. Nicola began their career as a Graduate HR Officer at BHP Billiton in 1996 and then worked as an HR and Recruitment Consultant at Albany Appointments from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, they joined CCIQ as a Workplace Relations Advisor, providing HR and industrial relations advice to clients. Nicola then moved on to RCI | Vacation Exchange as a Senior HR Advisor from 2003 to 2005.
