Sharon Hodge

Sharon Hodge has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sharon started their career as an Auditor at EY in 2000 and then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Auditor from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Corporate Accountant at Burberry before joining Auckland Regional Council as a Financial Advisor in 2009.

In 2010, Sharon joined Auckland Council, where they held the roles of Team Leader for Financial Systems and Processes and later became the Manager of Shared Services Financial Transactions. Sharon then transitioned to Fletcher Building in 2017, first as the GSS Manager for Purchase to Pay and later as the Head of Enterprise Process.

Moving on, Sharon contributed their expertise at The University of Auckland as an Accounting & Reporting Manager from 2020 to 2022. Sharon then took on the role of Accounting and Reporting Manager at FLEETCOR in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Manager Financial Services at Oji Fibre Solutions, which they started in January 2023.

Sharon Hodge obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Waikato, from 1997 to 2000. In 2003, they obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, Sharon is also Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Trained, although the institution and specific time of obtaining this certification are not provided.
